This optional addition for the above ground MTS model traffic spike and barrier arm system extends the length of the factory-standard spike strip by three feet. The standard model is up to 12' long. This allows you to extend the reach of your road spikes since the MTS Motorized Traffic System supports boom arms up to 20' long. Use this to account for wider vehicles, like semi-trucks and moving vans. The spike extension comes in 3' sections and is manufactured from the same high-quality grade of steel as the MTS Motorized Traffic System's original spike strip.
