MTF Flush Mount Motorized Barrier Gate Traffic Spike Control System

The MTF Motorized Traffic Control System is a flush mount installed barrier gate and traffic spike solution that will keep vehicles moving quickly and securely. Its fully integrated operator, barrier, and spike system have been designed and manufactured using only the highest of standards, ensuring that each part will work together to give you the most durable, synchronized traffic control system possible. By providing an exceptionally sturdy barrier and spike system that strictly enforces one-way traffic, the MTF Motorized Traffic Control System will prevent any unauthorized attempts of entry or exit.

The flush mount installation style of this motorized traffic control system is ideal for access areas where low ground clearance vehicles often pass through. It is installed by mounting into the pavement and then pouring the needed amount of concrete around the spike extensions. The spike extensions feature attached rebar anchoring bars that provide excellent retention into the concrete, keeping your installation securely in place for the entirety of the control system's life.

Each MTF Flush Mount Motorized Traffic Control System features a robust base that is engineered to provide a sturdy platform for the barrier, signal light, and transmission housing for the traffic spikes. The operator is controlled by a MATTS Barrier Gate Opener with built-in battery backup, ensuring operation even during power outages, as well as a continuous-duty DC motor, allowing for soft start/stop and quiet, highly efficient operation during each cycle. Additionally, the spike extension enclosures are crafted from 1/4" welded structural steel with zinc-plated spike assemblies and stainless steel hardware, assuring long-lasting durability and heavy-duty load handling.
