Roadshark Warranty Information
We provide a 3 years warranty on our SM36, SM48, TT38, & TT48 models which covers all aspects of the Roadshark equipment except replacement torsion springs. Springs are rated for 50,000 vehicles.
In North America, the recommended speed of traffic barriers is 5 MPH however our Roadshark traffic barriers can withstand speeds of up to 10 mph. Exceeding 10 mph may cause premature equipment and/or spring failure over time. Generally, lower speeds result in longer spring life and longer equipment life. Customers often install speed bumps prior to our traffic barriers to slow vehicles down and to extend the life of springs or their equipment overall (this results in lower maintenance costs and downtime.)
The Roadshark Warranty covers only the original/primary owner and does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of Roadshark products. Any warranty is invalid if the product has been overloaded or subject to neglect, improper use, or an attempted modification other than by an authorized agent (excluding springs, cover-plate, or axle replacement).
Replacement parts are provided at no cost within the duration of the warranty, when there is evidence of defect or part failure. This includes spikes axles.
Repair of Roadshark equipment is the responsibility of the customer. Should the whole product be non-functional due to defect, and parts replacement will not resolve the issue, Roadshark will supply a replacement unit at no cost, including all shipping charges.
